Hey there! We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we’ve got a 30-day return policy. You’ve got a whole month after receiving your item to decide if it’s true love or if it needs to go back.

👉 To return an item, here’s the deal:

  • It should be in the same condition you got it (unworn, unused, with tags).
  • Keep it in the original packaging (yep, that box you thought of tossing—keep it safe!).
  • And don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase (we love receipts).

Just shoot us an email at support@koschner.com to kick things off. We’ll give you the return label and all the instructions. Please don’t send surprise packages—returns without approval won’t be accepted. 🎁✖️

If your order arrives looking like it had a rough journey, or it’s not what you ordered—let us know right away! We’ll fix it faster than you can say “oops.”


🚫 Stuff We Can’t Take Back

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants 🌸).
  • Personalized/custom items (your name is cool, but we can’t resell it).
  • Beauty/personal care products.
  • Hazardous materials (flammables, gases—nope, not happening).
  • Sale items & gift cards (final sale, friends 💳).

🔄 Exchanges

Need a swap? The fastest way is to return your item, then grab the new one you want in a fresh order.


🇪🇺 EU Customers

If you’re in the EU, you also get a 14-day “change your mind” window—no questions asked.


💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If yes, you’ll see the money back on your original payment method within 10 business days (banks can be slow, we know 🐢).
