🚚 Shipping & Order FAQs (a.k.a. “When do I get my goodies?”)

🕒 I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Congrats on your order🎉! We need 3–7 business days to process, pack, and send your items on their way. Think of it as our team giving your order a proper “spa day” before it travels to you.

🌍 HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
On average, 7–15 business days (after shipping). Most packages arrive right on time, but sometimes Mother Nature, holidays, or cosmic plot twists (looking at you, Mercury retrograde🌌) cause delays. Please note: exact delivery times are in the hands of the shipping company.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order—no penalties, no guilt. Just email us with the subject line “CANCEL.” If it’s already shipped… well, then it’s already on its way to you like a rocket 🚀.

🏠 I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!
Oops happens! If you notice an error, just reply to your order confirmation email ASAP and send us the correct address. We can fix it within 24 hours. After that, your package might be heading on a mystery adventure without you.

💔 MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We wrap every item with care (seriously, bubble wrap is our best friend), but sometimes the mail service isn’t as gentle. If your product arrives damaged (super rare: about 1 in 1000 orders), email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A picture of the damaged item

We’ll happily send you a replacement, free of charge. 💌
